This notice explains how S&C Marketing Solutions handles information submitted through the Central Florida Solar & Roof Fit Check.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, service location, ZIP/county, electric utility, homeowner status, electric-bill range, roof information, battery interest, project timing, marketing-source information and your contact preferences. Our systems may also retain basic technical evidence such as timestamp, browser/user-agent and network address for security, attribution and consent records.

How we use it

Review whether your inquiry appears to match our current Central Florida solar service areas.
Prioritize follow-up based on technical/project-readiness information.
Respond to your inquiry using the contact methods you select.
Attribute leads and completed work to the marketing source that generated them.
Improve future campaign and service-area decisions using aggregated performance information.

Sharing with service providers

S&C Marketing Solutions is a marketing and lead-generation company, not the installing contractor. We may share a solar inquiry with an independent appropriately licensed Florida installation provider that serves the property’s area. We may receive compensation from a service provider for referred business.

Calls and texts

Submitting the current form does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls or texts. If a future installer or seller requires separate consent for those communications, that consent should identify the seller before you agree. You may ask us to stop contacting you through a channel at any time.

Retention and security

Lead records are stored in S&C-managed systems and may be mirrored to protected backup storage for continuity. We retain records as reasonably needed for lead handling, attribution, consent evidence, fraud prevention and business records.

Your choices

You may decline optional email or phone/text permissions. You may also request that S&C stop future marketing contact. Required project information is used only to process or evaluate the inquiry and related service routing.

Important: Solar production, savings, financing, tax treatment, equipment eligibility and utility interconnection depend on project-specific facts and current rules. Those matters should be confirmed in the installer’s written proposal and applicable official sources.
